Free parking and 24-hour reception were great, but the wifi was slow.

There was helpful staff and the service was very good. Its location was convenient, in the area for a church event, and in a quiet area. Also, Waves Indoor Waterpark was easy to reach.

First, my door didn't lock properly as secure as a house of cards. And let's not forget the gentleman at the front desk who clearly needed a nap and my room wasn't even cleaned well. An upgrade would have made all the difference, but I guess that's too much to expect.

place was clean, everything was perfect. the breakfast was free and very good with cut-up fruit available; the staff were amicable. the location was good, easy on easy off quiet area, in the fairly quiet area. also, the place was at a medium distance from niagara golf trail.

The pool needs serious attention. It's green and uninviting!!! Maintain basic cleanliness in rooms and ensure doors lock properly to enhance security!!!

Nice bed, fairly clean bathroom and flat screen cable TV, a coffeemaker and a seating area in the room. Free and very very good breakfast with a lot of appetising foods.

Fairly clean hotel with very helpful staff and good food. Comfortable location in the area for a church event, good for visiting Max Meadows. Also - not far from Virginia, a state park in the middle of nowhere, and a hill right off of rte 81 in Virginia. Great way to end our weekend...

I had a great time watching the sunset from my room and enjoying the complimentary coffee in the lobby. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to relax after a long drive. The only downside was the slight noise from the highway, but it didn't ruin my stay 🌅

The king room was cozy, and the comfortable bed made it easy to relax after a long day. Compared to my previous visits, this time had better amenities and an excellent view of the mountains.

I arrived at the Hampton Inn in Max Meadows and immediately felt comfortable. The king room offered a cozy atmosphere, and the bed was comfortable. I really appreciated the quality of the tv and the heated water which worked great in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was decent, with fresh fruit available, but the hot options could have used more variety. One thing that stood out was the warm cookies in the lobby. That cute touch. I encountered some issues. The carpet in the hallway seemed worn, and my room had a faint musty odor that wasn't very pleasant. Despite some drawbacks, the peacefulness of the location was a big plus, with a quiet night's sleep being enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay with gorgeous mountain views and visited the nearby New River Trail for some hiking. The heated pool was a big hit with my kids, who also loved the complimentary breakfast spread. It seemed like a fun getaway for our whole family.
